Shipping, returns and claims for orders placed at tahoebarkco.com.
The short version
- Free US shipping. On every order, no minimum.
- Misprinted, damaged or defective. Replaced or refunded, free, within 30 days of delivery.
- Wrong size or changed your mind. Not accepted: every piece is made to order.
Claims need a photo only. Nothing has to be sent back.
What these terms cover
Every order placed on tahoebarkco.com since the shop opened in October 2026.
Shipping
- United States only.
- Free shipping on every US order. No minimum and no rate table; the price on the product page is the whole price before tax.
- Made to order. Printful, which makes and ships every order, puts its average production time at 2 to 5 business days, before shipping time. Thomas Beach reads every order as it comes in.
- Orders dispatch within 30 days. Items are made to order. If we can’t dispatch within 30 days of your order, we’ll contact you with the option to cancel for a full refund.
- Leashes and collars ship from China. They have the same free US shipping and the same 30-day dispatch as everything else.
- Tracking is issued automatically when the parcel is scanned.
- Lost or damaged in transit: if tracking stalls or the parcel arrives damaged, email us and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we’ll confirm your address and reship it.
Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items
Email a clear photo to hello@tahoebarkco.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full.
Wrong size
Every item is made to order for you, so returns and exchanges for size or color are not accepted. Check the Size & fit guide before ordering, and size up if you’re between sizes.
Change of mind
Every item is made to order, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Once a refund is issued, it usually shows on your statement within one to two weeks, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel within two hours of ordering. After that the order may already be in production, so it can’t be cancelled.
Payment
You’ll pay on this site through Stripe’s secure checkout page and receive a Stripe receipt. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us. Apple Pay and Google Pay work there too.
